Precautions when using pneumatic tools

one. Safety Precautions:

1. Before use, please read the safety instructions carefully, and use the tools according to the instructions of the operation to ensure the safety of use.

2. The tool is forbidden to use in places where there is danger of explosion.

3. It is forbidden to use tools other than air as a source of air to avoid the risk of explosion.

4. When not using tools, replacing parts, or performing maintenance, turn off the air source and unplug the tool and air source.

5. The tools and their accessories are not allowed to change by themselves. If you use different parts or parts that are not manufactured by the company, you will not be responsible for the warranty.

6. Do not blow high pressure air directly to yourself or anyone.

7. When the tool is equipped with a chisel and other accessories, do not empty it to avoid the risk of flying accessories, such as chisel, and damage the spring holder.

8. When operating the rust remover tool, do not empty it to avoid the danger of the rust removal needle flying out.

9. For the use of torque wrench and ratchet wrench, under standard conditions, the required torque of the station can not be completed within 5 seconds, indicating that the selection error, not applicable to the station, need to be modified, otherwise it will cause damage to the drive shaft and other strike systems , not included in the warranty coverage.

10. When operating tools, maintenance tools or changing tool accessories, wear eye masks and masks that are resistant to impact. Even small projectiles can injure the eyes and may cause blindness.

11. High volume can cause hearing injuries. Users are required to wear standard earmuffs in accordance with the regulations of each region to protect the user's safety.

12. Repeated work movements, inconvenient work methods, and exposure to vibrations can cause injury to the arm. If the arms are numb, tingly, or white skin, stop using the tool and consult a doctor.

13. Do not touch the rotating shaft and accessories directly to avoid injury. Wear gloves to protect your hands.

II. Air supply:

1. The winding of the air pressure pipeline can cause serious danger. Please check the air pressure pipeline at any time and place it in an appropriate position.

2. All tools, accessories, and air pressure lines must meet the air pressure and volume requirements.

3. The air used by the supply tool must be clean and dry. Moisture in the air can cause metal rust inside the tool and cause damage.

4. When operating the tool, the maximum pressure at the air inlet must not exceed 6.3 kg/cm2 or the pressure indicated on the tool nameplate. Higher pressure will cause damage to the tool and cause accidents, and will reduce the tool's service life, not included in the warranty.

three. Lubrication and lubrication:

1. Use a lubricator to lubricate the tool motor pack and adjust the flow to 2 drops per minute. Use special air tool lubricants.

2. If the oiler is not used, then 5 cc of special pneumatic tool oil should be injected from the pipe joint for each shift (4 hours) to lubricate.

3. Each day when the tool is used, 5cc of special pneumatic tool lubricant should be injected from the pipe joint, and operate for 1-2 seconds to expel the foreign material. Then place the tool in a clean place to avoid damage caused by foreign objects blowing in or invading.

4. After the wind has been removed and assembled for 5,000 times, the front body must be removed and greased to lubricate the strike group. After lubrication, the front body must be tightened. Note: This front-end body is designed for reverse teeth, so it should be rotated clockwise when disassembling. If you can't calculate the number of uses, please set a weekly maintenance time and maintenance on time.

5. Torque Wrench - After every 8000 assembly/disassembly screws or after 40 hours of operation, remove the grease from the OIL position on the tool and inject the grease to lubricate the strike group. After lubrication, tighten the screws.

6. Torque Wrench - Impact pin strike system should use oil to lubricate.

7. Ratchet Wrench - After every 3,000 assembly and disassembly of screws, the buckle on the ratchet head must be removed. After the drive shaft is removed and wiped clean, grease is applied to lubricate the ratchet assembly and the ratchet is assembled after lubrication. Note: When disassembling this ratchet head set, be careful of the danger of the snap ring and steel ball popping out.

8. If you can not calculate the number of uses, please set a weekly maintenance time, maintenance on time.

9. Rake guns—Whenever you operate 10,000 times or find that the tool cannot pull the pull studs, check that the oil level of the tool's hydraulic oil is sufficient. Insufficient hydraulic oil will cause the tool's ability to decrease and the tool's requirements cannot be met. Inspection method: first unscrew the bottom cover of the cylinder and take out the piston to check whether the hydraulic oil level reaches the bottom of the skeleton. If the gap is not large, only 0.5–1 cm indicates that the tool is no problem. If the gap is too large, other parts of the tool must be checked. If there is oil leakage, replace the sealing parts if necessary, and inject the circulating oil into the bottom plane of the frame.
