(2) Shrinkage. The dimensions of the molded parts (concave, punch, and core) are determined based on the shrinkage and the size of the article. At the same time, the demoulding structure is determined according to the size and characteristics of shrinkage.

(3) Liquidity. The closed form of the mold cavity is determined according to the fluidity of the raw material. Poorly fluidized raw materials can be closed cavities. Semi-enclosed cavities can be used for well-fluid raw materials. It should be noted that good fluidity materials may stick to molds, and the rough surface roughness of molded parts should be lower.

(4) Unit pressure. According to the unit pressure to calculate the molding pressure, select the press, calculate the strength of the mold, analyze the force of the molded parts of the product, select the direction of pressure, determine the mold structure and size.
