The reason for the abnormal rise in the discharge pressure in the middle of the compressor is:

1. After the first pole, the exhaust is not good;

2. The first stage inlet pressure is too high;

3. The cooling capacity of the previous polar cooler is insufficient;

4. Piston ring leakage introduced insufficient exhaust gas;

5. The impedance of the pipeline between the gas and the next pole increases;

6. The inlet and outlet cutting parts of this grade are damaged or have poor fitting or foreign matter entering.

Method of exclusion:

1. Check gas cutting and replace damaged parts;

2. Check the previous cooler;

3. Replace the piston ring;

4 check the pipeline to make it smooth;

5. Check or replace gas cutting

6. Pay attention to overload.
