After a certain period of time, the oil must be replaced regularly due to the following factors:

1. Rubbing of metal scraps due to wear on friction surfaces;

2. Dust and other hard particles carried by the air;

3. There is no carefully removed molding sand on the casting;

4. The lacquer layer on the part falls off;

5. Lubricating oil produces water during cooling and deteriorates the oil;

6. The temperature and other effects of lubricating oil in circulating lubrication cause the oil lubrication performance to gradually decrease.

The above-mentioned impurities easily form an analog of the polishing paste in the lubricating oil, contaminate the lubricating oil, and drastically accelerate the abrasion of the friction surface of the machine. Therefore, if the lubricant of the machine gradually deteriorates to the following indexes during use, the new oil should be replaced:

If there is no inspection equipment and it cannot be checked, change the new oil every 2000~3000 hours. Carefully clean the oil supply equipment and the lubrication points.
